Our Server Locations
Our servers are located in selected data centers exclusively within the European Union. We ensure that all our hosting and cloud providers meet the highest security standards, as evidenced by certifications according to international security and technology standards such as ISO/IEC 27001.
Your Data
Your data and your customers' data are exclusively collected, processed, and stored on our servers within the European Union. We retain data only as long as necessary for the agreed contractual services or as legally required. All other data is consistently anonymized and deleted. This ensures our solution uncompromisingly meets GDPR's strict requirements.
Data Processing Agreement
We offer all customers a data processing agreement (DPA) by default for every CAPTCHA. This agreement can be conveniently completed online in the administration area of the respective CAPTCHA without additional effort.

Local Data Processing
Data is processed in the geographically closest data center based on the user's location (Point-of-Presence). This avoids long transmission routes on the internet and reduces the likelihood of data interception by hackers or other private and state actors.
Minimal Data Mode
We offer an optional Minimal Data Mode designed to maximize data minimization. Please note that this feature also affects our Bot Score calculation, which will no longer be available.
